A Free Press in a Clean Society: Camasej Yaounde Chapter Takes the Lead
In prelude to World Press Freedom Day 2025, Camasej Yaounde Chapter successfully conducted a clean-up campaign on Saturday April 12 in the Yaounde VI Municipality.
Members came out to launch the chapter’s activities ahead of the World Press Freedom Day through this clean up exercise along the stretch from Rond Point Express to Acacia Market, picking up waste and trash, and promoting a healthier environment for all.
This human investment activity demonstrated our commitment to building trust between the press, the public, and the government through actions that promote a cleaner and more transparent society. We’re proud to have set the tone for a meaningful celebration of WPFD 2025.
