CAMASEJ Douala Hosts Interactive Session with Communication Students at University of Douala

As part of activities marking World Press Freedom Day 2025, CAMASEJ Douala held an impactful interactive session with students of the Department of Communication and Journalism at the University of Douala. The event brought together nearly 300 enthusiastic students and a panel of seasoned media professionals.

Renowned journalists including Kejang Henry, Tessa Baks, Emmanuella Nyoki, Awah Micah, Oni Ladonette, Bibiana, William, and Maureen Ndih served as resource persons, sharing invaluable insights and practical experiences from the field.

In the presence of the Head of Department, the session explored crucial topics such as:

– The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on journalism

– Newsroom practices in a digital era

– The bravery and resilience of female journalists
